Strength and Conditioning

At PEP, we are pleased to introduce our strength and conditioning services, designed to enhance sport-specific skills, improve balance, increase speed, or build endurance. 

Our program features personalised 1on1 sessions led by our qualified Australian Strength and Conditioning (ASCA) Coach. During these sessions, the coach will discuss your goals and aspirations, then develop a tailored training plan to suit your individual needs. 

Our coach will work in conjunction with your physiotherapist if you are returning from injury or experiencing pain. In addition to the 1 on 1 sessions, our coach will also implement an online program to ensure you remain on track in between sessions. This comprehensive approach not only maximises your training effectiveness but ensures that people returning from injury can do so safely.
